There are a few universal actions that apply to the whole of Bass Station by GForce.

Knob Adjustment

To turn a knob, click and drag your cursor up or down. For continuous knobs, you can also use a scroll wheel or gesture whilst hovering over the knob you wish to change.

Fine Adjustment

Hold down the shift key whilst moving a knob to access finer resolution control.

Tooltips

As you adjust a continuous parameter on Bass Station the value for that parameter will be shown on a floating “tooltip” window below and to the right of the knob.

Click the knob to show the current parameter value without changing it.

You can click in the tooltip window to manually type in a desired parameter value.

The tool tip will remain visible for the length of time specified in the Settings Window after releasing the knob.

Menu Windows

Bass Station has some features selected via menu windows. There are two types.

Firstly, there are windows with blue up and down arrows on the right-hand side, for example, the distortion type and chorus modes.

A single click in the lower half of the window will move the option to one place. A single click in the upper half will move the option on one space.

Right-clicking the window will provide a menu of options, useful for those who know what they want.

Secondly, there are windows with an arrow in the top right corner, such as key mode and modulation destinations. Clicking anywhere in these windows moves the menu on one step, clicking the down arrow, or right-clicking will produce a menu.
