Keyboard MIDI Range

The old VSM was set so that a normal 49 note MIDI keyboard would need to be pitched up 1 octave to fill the 49 notes of VSM. We decided to change that this time around, so set VSM IV an octave lower. However if you are replacing VSM with VSM IV in old projects it could be usful to put it back. You can do that here.
