Loading an Osc Preset

Oscillator presets allow you to quickly change the core tone of your patch. The Preset bar at the top of the Oscillator section allows you to cycle through presets using the left and right arrows and load a preset by clicking on the title text.

Upon clicking the text a drop down menu appears allowing you to select from the Basic or User preset lists, saved presets appear in the User section.

Saving an Osc Preset

You can save the current Oscillator configuration, including XY Pad Macro assignments, by clicking the Save icon at the right hand end of the Preset Bar. Here you can name the Preset for recalling in future patches.

Osc A and B

Oscillators A and B have the same parameters and settings, but have a slightly different characters on some waveshapes. This allows the creation of thick textures from a single modulation source, the Mod Oscillator.

The Mod Oscillator has hard routings to Osc A and B, allowing it to modulate their waveshaping amount, frequency and amplitude. Combining these modulation routings allows the creation of complex waveforms from simple modulations.

Shape Selection

Osc A and B have the same seven wave shapes, each of these creates a unique tone for you to manipulate. They are:

The wave shape is shown on the display and can be cycled using the arrows either side of the wave shape.

Frequency

The Frequency knob offsets the frequency of the oscillator by -48 semitones to 48 semitones in semitone increments.
