Clicking on this reveals the MIDI CC assignment window. Here you can map the sliders and knobs from your external controller keyboard to the parameters of the M-Tron MkII.

M-Tron MkII manuals default to play on ANY MIDI Channel allowing you to play both sides from an 88 note controller. But you can also right-click on these boxes to change the MIDI channels for left and right manuals. Parallel Trigger Modes

When in R/A mode only, where Rhythms and Accompaniments are available to both the Left and Right Manuals, there are four key triggering modes available as follows

  1. No Parallel Triggering. With this selected, the MkII keyboard behaves in the same way as the original instrument.
  2. Parallel Trigger Rhythms. With this selected, provided you are in R/A Mode, any notes you play in the Rhythm section of the Left Manual (Notes 1-18 inc) will trigger the same notes in the Right Manual and vice versa. However, the Accompaniment sections for both the Left and Right Manuals will not trigger in parallel.
  3. Parallel Trigger Accompaniments. With this selected, provided you are in R/A Mode, any notes you play in the Accompaniment section of the Left Manual (Notes 19-35 inc) will trigger the same notes in the Right Manual and vice versa.
