LFO Spark Button

Uses Halogen FM’s smart randomise feature to generate new LFO settings.

Rate

Sets the speed of the LFO. Slow to the left, fast to the right.

Sync Icon

Locks the LFO’s rate to be in time with a host DAW or tempo setting in standalone. This parameter is not affected by either global or LFO spark generations. So you can choose to have a sync’d rate for your project and trust that all randomisations will maintain that.

Sync Tempo (Standalone only)

When using Halogen FM as a standalone application, this control allows you to set the tempo of the LFO. It is not visible in the plugin versions where the tempo is always set by the DAW.

Wave

Selects the shape of the LFO from:

• Sine
• Triangle
• Ramp Up
• Ramp Down
• Square

Noise

Adds a noise modulation source into the LFO.

S&H

Sets the rate at which the LFO, including noise, is sampled for a sample and hold signal.
