Not to be confused with the layer amp knobs, found in the layer screen. Those knobs are placed pre-FX, and are the ones modulated by velocity and aftertouch / pressure. These are better modulation destinations than master volume.

The rest of these controls work per layer.
Sets the time taken for new notes to reach their new pitch after a new key is pressed. Glide works on a per voice basis, meaning in standard 5 note polyphony, the 6th note will glide from the first, and so on.
Glide time ranges between 0ms and 5s.
Clicking glide mode cycles through 4 different types of glide:
Portamento (LEDs off) - Oscillators transition linearly from one note pitch to another.
Legato Portamento (Red LED) - Same as standard portamento, but it only activates if at least one note is held down before playing the new note. Most noticeable on mono, legato, and unison keyboard modes.
Glissando (Yellow LED) - Quantises the current oscillator pitch to the nearest whole note as it is transitioning from one pitch to another
Legato Glissando (Both LEDs on) - Same as glissando, but it only activates if at least one note is held down before playing the new note. Most noticeable on mono, legato, and unison keyboard modes.
Number of voices available in the layer, from 1-10. Also sets the number of voices used in Unison mode.
Poly - Each layer can play up to 10 notes simultaneously when in Poly mode. The maximum polyphony can be set within the Polyphony Window. The default is 5 to honour the original hardware.
Mono - When active, the user can play one note at a time, with each played note re-triggering the envelope generators or LFOs
